3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
Payment must be completed before order processing begins
We strive for pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors and notify you before processing

3.3 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1 Standard Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at urprezzie.mail@gmail.com with your order number. However, if your order is processed or shipped within this timeframe, cancellation may not be possible.

4.2 Personalized/Customized Orders

Orders involving any form of personalization or customization cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed. Please ensure all customization details are correct before finalizing your order.

4.3 International Orders

International orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.

4.4 Post-Dispatch Cancellation

If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the following charges will be deducted from any refund: shipping fee + RTO (Return to Origin) fee + 5% restocking fee. For personalized products, the product cost will also be deducted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Coverage

We ship across India and to select international locations.

5.2 Free Delivery

Orders above ₹600 qualify for free standard delivery within India.

5.3 Delivery Timelines

Non-Personalized Orders:

Express Delivery (1-2 working days): Available in select cities (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore)
Standard Delivery: 3-4 working days for other locations

Personalized Orders:

Metro/Tier 1 Cities: 4-5 working days
PAN India: 7-10 working days
International: 15-20 working days

5.4 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

5.5 Shipping Restrictions

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays
During peak seasons, delays of a few days may occur
We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched

5.6 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

5.7 International Shipping

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred at delivery.

5.8 Lost or Damaged Packages

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. The following items are non-returnable:
